How do you know that.? Lots of things we don't know about could have been invented during the cold war.? Wars accelerate technology.

They have been test firing the Bulva missile a lot lately, because it is going into active service this year I believe.
That to me looked like a missile, but it could well have been a meteorite.
I'm personally more fascinated by the little blinking lights surrounding it.
