That is a Russian missile re-entering the upper atmosphere. Fuck knows what those things are that stop it in mid-air and turn it into a lantern.

No reason why they haven't been testing technology to knock out meteorites before they hit the Earth.?

I doubt the ruskies have the technology to stop missiles or meteors in mid-air.

They like firing them I guess :headscratch:

They have been test firing the Bulva missile a lot lately, because it is going into active service this year I believe.

That to me looked like a missile, but it could well have been a meteorite.

I'm personally more fascinated by the little blinking lights surrounding it.
