Strange new Circles on the ice in Norway

Close to Bergen in Norway Ole Johan Hansen (77) saw a 2 meters light in the area the evening before.
Next day these spirals/circles appeared on ice.

I wonder if it could be a natural phenomenon since the ice seems to be broken in the centres of the circles, from where a wavelike pattern emanates.

Having said that I have never seen such a pattern formed by broken ice and I live next to a lake in Sweden, so it could definitely be something else.

Would be nice to start seeing 'snowcircles' on the lakes here in the north

Like dust devils etc. are no more than natures oddity, explainable by simple physics (hot/cold dynamics)
