Strange orange light seen over Bedwas , South Wales.

I and four other work mates saw a very bright light which seemed to be under some sort of control on the 15th Dec 2009 at approx 7.25 am in Bedwas, South Wales. It was so unusual that those that saw it remarked on it and wondered what it was as it was not a plane or a helicopter. Two of the observers had seen it 25 mins earlier as they came from a different direction to work. It seemed to be hanging around the area for some time. I managed to take a couple of pics on my mobile phone and when i zoomed in on the image it appeared to be a bright glowing object. We watched it as it changed direction a couple of times before ascending up into the clouds and out of view.
I am new to this message board and seem to be having great difficulty in putting my photo's on here. If any one can tell me how to do it i would be very grateful. They are worth a look!

Hi and welcome, I havnt put pics up here but people put the image on imageshack and then from there on here somehow. Sorry I cant help anymore.

I just found some info that Vulcanic put in one of his posts.

just save pictures to your pc and then use free sites like photobucket upload your pictures into your photo album there and it gives 4 codes per picture the code used here is the (img) code just copy and paste it here .

If you want to add a picture in your post!

1. Hit the right button on the picture
2. Go to properties and copy the url.
3. Paste the url in the post and then hit the [img] button at the top.

Your picture will look like this in your post between
[img]http://www.google.nl/images?q=tbn:meV8U%20...%20hbAo3kyVE=[img/]
and will appear as a real picture on the forum.

It's Spoetnick and your welcome. To me it is not very clear what it is, it sure does not look like a plain or helicopter.

Maybe others have more ideas.

The light at the bottom of the pic is a street light. Look just above it to see the object!
Hi and thanks Spoetnick. I think i am getting there now. Not sure what it was. I dont think it was a Chinese lantern either. It was too bright a white light to the naked eye.Only on the photo's did it appear orange!
