I dont think this is ufo related...did you take this with a cellphone?
Cell phones have a habit of blacking out the sun, so I'm with you on this Zeg...

no not a cell phone but with a small digital cam .dont know what that is, but is not fake .
they was riding on snow mobile and taking picture,when they got home they show me the picture they have take and went i get to that part of the video i find there was a spot on the sun .I was first one to see it. so i dont know what is it .have any idea?

The Sun is so bright - that if a camera exposes for the Sun, then everything else in the picture will just be black.
If the camera exposes in such a way that some detail appears in the image - like it has in yours - then the Sun is so bright that it 'overloads' the light sensitive chip in the camera - and in many cameras, the pixels in the area where the Sun would be, simply 'give-up', and don't register anything - hence the black spot.
The same principle applies to many video cameras too - in fact any digital camera (one that uses a light-sensitive chip, instead of film) can show this effect.
The same effect can sometimes happen to the light-sensitive cells in the human eye - and some people who have taken such photos have reported that they could also 'see' the black-spot.
Also - this effect seems to occur more often at high altitude - were you at a high altitude when you took this pic?

ok ok i gone a try to take some more picture of the sun with the same camera to see if the effect will appear on the camera....thanks for the advise.I let you know if it do the same.
