I remember seeing this vid, or maybe one similar and thought it was reflective flashing lights, just like those twinkly type ones you can buy from most stores.

Then as an after thought, maybe it was some kind of numerical type symbolism ancient writings or something related, I also tried to make some freeze frame captures at the time, but quality was awful, just tried it again " rubbish"

I don't know what is worse Fatdog finding out that it was party balloons or listening to those crazy people shouting and whooping at the scene "bunch of nobs :alien51:
