You only need one shot this year.Scientists have combined the seasonal flu, with last year's H1N1 strain, along with two others. They should start seeing shipments by the end of September. There will be a number of school-based clinics. Colleges will also offer free shots to every student. :help:

I hope your right Dr. Jones. But who knows, just maybe the scared sheeple will stampede the clinics doorways just to get to the illuminati's poison in time before they run out! Of course msm will be behind the promotion of this fear.

Yeah they are doing amazing deals on vitd3 on iherb.com just now.
Basically you're looking at a years supply for like $15.Standard dose seems to be from 2,400iu/day or you can take 5,000iu or even 10,000iu being the upper limit which i have been taking, but not everyday,not that i believe it would be harmful just because that's what feels right to me.I prefer taking between 2,400 and 5,000iu/day regularly in the winter.
Healthy origins is the brand i have been using.D3 is essential in the winter months IMO.So much evidence now out there showing it to be nothing short of a miracle nutrient,d3 is of course steriodal in nature but definetely safer and more effective than any vaccine,once again IMO.
