It looks like a blue ray disc should look with a tunnel for orbs to travel through.
Very interesting..............

Bump for Cog.
Hey, Cog, I'll say this much, things are getting interesting. Nothing terribly out of the ordinary yet, but who knows. I'll be watching.
If something happens tomorrow, I'll be the first to congratulate you believers.
Peace

Yeah, the LASCO C3 image at the moment is looking pretty wild:

That weird circle has been coming from out of the sun for the last few hours. It definitely has a consistent circular shape.

Are you talking about the circular tube looking "ray" or the slightly circular area below it?

The "ray" is actually the arm of the telescope that holds the round piece that blocks out the sun itself so that the corona can be viewed. The circular or disc shape just underneath is what I'm referring to.
It's been in the last few updates and it's moving slowly away from the sun.
I'm no expert, but I've been watching SOHO for months and haven't seen anything quite like it. I assume that we are seeing charged particles from all the electromagnetic radiation. Why they would take a shape like that and maintain it over several hours, I don't know.

Damn crop circle nuts. They are causing this with all their wishful thinking.
If there's a disaster tomorrow I'm blaming you Debbie Downers!

if there's a CME, a plasma burst, a large dark spot, a large solar flare, or just about ANYTHING else, the crop circle people will justify their circle based on whatever. thats why i keep asking them EXACTLY what's going to happen.
