The press release does appear to be fake, but it's all over the net in weird places.

My guess still is that he's a scammer. There is a Beatles USB, but it's an Apple/EMI product.

I think he's a spoiled trust funder who's bilking gullible investors with his mystical bullshit and mythical corporations.
