Now, who's our first guest? We have a list of who we'd like to invite? Designated liaisons, or should we all work individually, to get some guests on here? Some of the members might be able to help with this as well.

I think we should have a draft request that defines our invites, Thus no confusing or divergent invites.
It will obviously be open to slight alterations dependent on who is targeted, but the format should stay the same. Any invites should be passed through to a Mod so it can be orchestrated through the Mod Forum.
Just a thought otherwise we would end up running around like headless chickens and look somewhat unprofessional.
I would be quite happy to give the Draft request a go, but I am more than confident that someone in the community has greater grammar skills than I do and would do a much better job
