Sorry for posting the music videos lol(I'm aware there's a thread for that) there are times I have difficulty conveying feelings in words so I turn to international music instead, usually from places I've visited. As it is, I am mainly giving thanks this year for second chances. I don't think I deserve them, but regardless of how I feel, I keep getting them. Every time it would seem I am done for, there comes an army of people out of nowhere to lend me unconditional support, a shoulder to lean on, these are things I've taught myself not to ignore, when coincidences stack high you sort of realize you were never alone. It is a kind of miracle in itself that I am alive right here, right now typing this stuff up. I only wish that when my personal time is up definitively, that I had at least given back a fragment of what I have been given, to look back with as few regrets as possible ;) would be a worthwhile achievement. So I raise my cup and gaze at the stars above and toast to whatever or whoever deems me worthwhile of second chances, among other things, thank you all.

I was sorta miffed that I didn't buy anything special to have for breakfast, so I'm having pumpkin pie

We're just sitting here in the living room right now watching the parade.

Switching back and fourth to Chicago and New York's parades.

Then going to the families houses later this evening.

I'll be cooking my Free Range Turkey (Fresh) on the Weber Start at 425 for first 25 minutes then cool to 350 for the remainder. 12 minutes per pound. Indirtect 18 coals per side add 7 coals every 50 minutes.

Bird slathered with olive oil, pink salt and ground pepper. Prepared two smoke packages. Double foil wrapped mesquite chips with holes poked in. Chips soaked for an hour or so.

Gobble gobble!!
