too bad every employer can't afford anything anymore....taxes and regulations , etc....
some of those missing trillions in black budgets would do just fine to aid people who are unable to insure themselves (at this time) in this health care dibacle.....
keeping the government out of the pockets of america....corporate and private....would be the way to go ..........if the greedy c*cksuckers would reinvest in america instead of going offshore with their money to get ahead of the greedy c*cksucking banker scumf*cks...
the way it should work , is , that enough money is kept by corporations/business that allows them to buy insurance in a free market....
can't have that though , can we...?

'the states would have the money to have a health service better than the nhs.'
-One problem though, it's not a health service, it's mainly a disease MANAGEMENT service.
Mainstream 'healthcare' does nothing or at best very little to empower the patient to take responsibility for their own health. It does nothing to educate them about their bodies and what diet would best serve them. They want a one size fits all policy and health is not like that.
The NHS has millions of amazing human beings working for it day in day out for ridiculously low pay, they are all being used in a system that is solely focused on patient turnover and that can only occur when they keep these patients ignorant of health and keep them sick, it's a business and it would make no money if it had very few patients. NOW, i applaud the NHS for emergencies, like if i was in a car crash, if i needed an x ray for a broken bone/s and needed a plastercast, awesome, even anti-biotics can be a life saver. We need a system that PROMOTES human health and empowers the people with knowledge about health. Diabetes has doubled the past years, cancer and almost all other chronic dis-eases are in rapid ascent, clearly we need to be doing something else if the species is to survive the future and have some sort of geneic integrity left. We can pop pills and drug ourselves to health.

But there are initiatives out there, you can get diet sheets, nicotine patches, help with alcohol and drug abuse from any G.P. surgery all free. The government, health authorities and even Jaimie Oliver for God's sake promote healthy eating, 5 a day veg, and all that. It seems like there's an awful lot of people in Britain who won't or don't know how to listen to advice about health.

Thanks Shemagh. Ahh, the government gives you NOTHING for free that is good, trust me on that. The mainstream common system is not set up to help people, to truly help them, it just can't do it, people need to realise this. Jamie Oliver is nothing to do with government to the best of my knowledge, he is doing a great job promoting healthy eating. The 5 a day thing is good but i don't see this widely advertised or widely taught at schools, more importantly where does organic food feature here, a large percentage of our food MUST be organic, free from carcionogenic chemicals, this must be taught to our kids as it is the ONLY long term sustainable form of agriculture we have on Earth, nothing else will work. You are correct though, there are tens of millions of people in the UK that are soo dumbded down now, they are completely unconscious... drones, consumers aka sheeple and god help them. I often wonder what really guides their decision making process, i seem to come back to fear. Most people seem scared shitless of their government, i mean

What a f---king nightmare this bill is. The ONLY people who will benefit from it are the people who are ALREADY getting public assistance...you know, the "urban poor."
