BTW For anyone that doesn't know - Fred Thompson ran for President early on, on the republican ticket. He is well recognized in the United States as an actor in many films playing roles suitble to his face, a sub admiral, a general, etc.

I love old Fred, he hales from Tennessee, the same state as Al Gore - except Fred never claimed he invented the internet.

This is a no-nonsense, down to earth, good-ole-boy, and he nails it here.

The funny thing is that he once disagreed with Ron Paul on this very subject. So I suppose people do wake up, and I for one am happy that he's chosen to be very forthright with his information in a way that most Americans will understand.

I just posted it everywhere. Hope people get this and wake up already.

Well, I guess when we get those stimulus checks we should pay off debt, but most people will leave their credit cards maxed and just buy more junk.

I don't think he was ever asleep...what I do think is that they all know and in hind sight of the election..it's now ok to speak about it.

I think the stink has got so bad that those that say it still smells like roses will be seen as the enemy. Those that speak up, as did Ron P. will be seen in history as the greatest American politician never to be made the big P. Shame...big shame.

Now they jump on his band wagon as if they now know the reasons, but didn't have the balls to say it to the country when it mattered. He did, regardless of the consequences .

Big up to RP.
