Mrs. Witt was a refugee after ww II and a widow. Her daughter came only once a month - when Mrs Witt had received her small pension. Strange situation...
She was a tiny , yery old person mostly being by herself with oldstylish round glases. I loved her somehow very much.
The night before x-mas eve I used to visit her to sit and read the story Luke 2.
She had an old wardrobe covered with root wood veneer.
Then she said: The Queen has appeared and meant a face she could see at the veneer.
I saw nothing. I tried hard, and then, suddenly, I could see her: the Queen at the veneer wardrobe, smiling, moving. My father will later say, Mrs Witt is half crazy like in Leonard Cohens song "Suzanne". But he knew nothing. I saw it every year after a while. Then she died and I remember each year the veneer pattern I could see: the smiling Queen.
That remindes me of the ability of humans tomove and fly in creativity, imagination and pattern staring.
Not impossible, that even this ability is strongly related to a phenomenon called ufo, ghosts, conspiracy etc.
