Whatever you sunday theorists say, first look at what material was used.
The stones in Puma Punku are made up of granite, and diorite, and the only stone that is harder that those two, is the diamond.

And did you see those holes? You try make that today with diamond tip drill and you still gonna have problem making it as precise and without much of your drill bits melting.

Now why would some ancient people use the strongest stone known to man and transport it such long distances just to make 1 fort seemingly?
And how would they do that anyways. There are no queries around.

And those that say sculpting stone with thread lines etc are living in a dream world.
Maybe that would work for limestone but not for granite.
