True love is very empowering, and there are those who'd like to keep individual people from feeling empowered.

Thus, promote unrealistic ideas of the opposite sex (for both men AND women), and turn sex itself into something dehumanized....and this keeps individuals from fulfilling their true potentials.

I agree that fixation on anything can distort the mind...but I also think the world world be a better place if we all walked around butt naked...removing all the hang ups we have...I could care less what u do in the privacy of you bdrm...shame is a far more damaging event to the soul...if u like sucking the toes of ur mate...enjoy...I think censorship leads people back in the closet...thus creating shame...as much as I agree most of the porn industry is degrading, telling me that if I were to watch to people do it is going to warp me anymore then watching my rabbit hump another...the act of sex doesn't have to be degrading.. I think watching some of the horror movies I have watched cud be just as disturbing to a warpped mind...maybe we shud ban horrors

I agree, desensitization is something that is endemic at the moment especially with the youngsters and their access to porn on their internet savvy smartphones, the 'sexting' epidemic here in the UK is testament to the encouraged breakdown of moral values, ie: 'anything goes', and this in a sublime way takes away any future trust in relationships.

Anything to keep you diverted from real life eh.
