Ben Swann Full Disclosure is asking the questions the rest of the media is ignoring. Even by the overreaching standards of the Patriot Act, Ben Swann demonstrates how the NSA's Prism program is clearly illegal.

The US has filed criminal charges against Edward Snowden, the man who exposed to the world the extent of the secret global surveillance network run by the NSA. Reports say Washington will now attempt to extradite the 30-year old from Hong Kong, where the ex-CIA employee turned whistleblower has been sheltering ever since exposing the American spy machine. RT's Gayane Chichakyan reports.

with the prism scandal, the US hipocracy has reached new hights that are so obvious that maybe it will help the sheople see the US as a warring deceiver rather than the knight in shining armor.

This case, along with the syrian farce is shifting the axis of power towards Russia and China more than anything i have ever seen. Hurray!

Former NSA contractor Edward Snowden has left Hong Kong. He is reportedly on an Aeroflot flight to Moscow and may be en route to Cuba. WikiLeaks claim they helped the whistleblower with his exit from Hong Kong.

A spokesman for Russian president Vladimir Putin said they were unaware of Edward Snowden's location or plans.

There is a ticket in Edward Snowden's name for a Moscow to Cuba flight, according to news agency Interfax citing a source at Russian airline Aeroflot.

Former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden, could travel from Havana to the Venezuelan capital, Caracas, according to news agency Itar-Tass.

Edward Snowden was allowed to leave Hong Kong despite an extradition request from the US because documents provided by the US government did not "fully comply with the legal requirements under Hong Kong law," the country's authorities told AP.

It said there was no legal basis to stop Snowden from leaving.
