OK, maybe the title is a bit misleading but it's said in jest. That being said....

There are the birthers who question Obama’s nationality. And now there are…the brainers?

It seems the latest theory surrounding Barack Obama is the presence of what appears to be scars on his head. Scars that, if true, haven‘t been explained and some say show he’s had brain surgery.

London’s Daily Mail has the pictures:

The website Escapetyranny.com is asking the question, “What’s that huge long scar on Obama’s head? And is that why we can’t see his birth certificate?” Author Ben Hart writes:

Barack Obama has very long scar that goes up the side of his head and over his crown. What is that? What happened?

No one in the media asks.

We can’t see his medical records, his school records, his college records, or his birth certificate. He’s almost done with his first term, and we still know almost nothing about the background of the President of the United States. Very strange.

Whatever happened to create that scar, it was clearly something serious.

Was it a brain operation? Has it affected his thinking? Is he really an alien from another planet, which would explain no birth certificate? We have no proof as to where he was born, to whom, where he came from, or what is national origin is. Maybe he’s one of the androids (a replicant), like in Bladerunner, not really human at all.

Anything’s possible.

Hart calls for answers to put the controversy to rest. According to the Mail, the White House has offered an answer of sorts, dismissin the suggestion as “ridiculous:”

A spokeswoman from the White House said they were not willing to comment on such claims, saying they were ‘ridiculous’.

Countless neurosurgeons said it is ‘not their place’ to comment on whether or not distinctive scars on the President’s head are as a result of brain surgery.

Others offered explanations such as a bad haircut or even a birthmark though many did agree that the scars are similar to those a produced after major brain surgery.

The other question now is: Will Donald Trump take up this cause?

When on holiday in Florida a few years back, the news reports on mainstrean TV ran a story where Barack Obamas grandmother claimed she was present at his birth in Kenya.This was three days before he became president. The TV on the very next day carried the news that his grandmother had died from natural causes.

Weirdly, I was in Kissimmee at the time (poster above)

Anderson Cooper Tackles Obama ‘Brain Surgery’ Theory: ‘Scar Gazers’

On his show last night, Anderson Cooper tackled a story we featured on The Blaze last week — the new theory that says pictures suggest Obama may have had brain surgery.

A sarcastic Cooper called the theory “really restrained” and “well-thought out.” He went on to mock it by discussing the theories surrounding his own hair, the ones that say he wears a toupe. They’re not true, just like ones about Obama’s brain surgery:

“As for President Obama maybe it’s bad angels weird lighting, photoshop. Those things lie like crazy. Come on, right this minute you can go online and find pictures of Big Foot, the Lochness monster, the chupacabra. You can find a potato chip the looks like Jesus. Here’s the photographic proof that Dick Cheney is a robot. It’s right there. All of which are just as convincing as the cries of, ‘Obama has a scar and it really really means something.’”
