I am gonna post up vids of my shop tech.......all robotic........our factory gets upgraded in the Phase II expansion with these machines......
Here's how we make our bikes........
Starting with the 6 Axis Laser CNC Tube Cutter
We make the Tubing cuts so they match Perfectly, within .001"
Moving into the Variable Radii Tube Bender
We now have cut and bent shapes to be welded together
In the Robotic Welding Station
One section is welded while the other can be laid out in the second jig, when the first is done, it rotates around to continue welding the second jigged frames, as we load the third......and so on until the order is processed.......
Now that we have the frames made......we move onto the 13 Custom Components, which are milled out of solid ingots and stock sections of Aluminum....Mori Seiki is the name of the game here folks......
Horizontal Turning Center
and here as well
Some of our more advanced models' frames are cast-molded Aluminum......and come out of the molds rough......and real hot.....!!!
After they are removed and cool, we send them through a roughing a finishing stage in a robotic CNC Milling Machine with a rotating jig
The entire frame gets ground and polished, then the ports for bearings and hardware are milled to specific measurements, and the frames are complete.
We then send them to a painting station
and the parts and frames are complete......!!!!!
64 bikes per day completed.........fully operational and ready for testing, palletization, and wrapping for shipping.
If all goes well, we will be looking at a factory that can handle multiple stations of each of the production machines and 16 assembly ports for the final installation of hardware, and components, and weatherization shells, windows, and other decals, logos, materials, etc......
Lots of jobs.......

Getting tired of programming C+, and C++ Guys......???
Feeling like Linux is getting old and you are looking for something more constructive in life....???
Looking for a different trade to invest your computer skills into? One that's not overworked and underpaid?
Start Learning Programming of Multi-Axis Machinery and other Robotics using CAD/CAM Software......
If you are good at visualization and 3D drawings.......you can easily transfer your skills into a field that can make you a lot happier at payday.
