SHOPPERS could bear-ly believe their eyes when they spotted this beast roaming through a shop looking for BEER.

The cheeky cub wandered into a grocery store in Wisconsin, US, and headed straight for a crate of lagers.

Customers stopped in their tracks as they assessed whether the young black bear was a paws for concern.

But the thirsty mammal simply made a bear-line for the cans of Hamm's beer.

Hamm's uses a BEAR in its advertising campaigns.

Shop manager Jon LeBlanc said: "The standing joke up here was that it was the Hamm's bear."

The animal — which weighed about 125lbs and stood about 5ft tall — stayed in the store for an hour before vets gave the boozy beast a tranquilizer shot and took it away.

They should have opened a couple of 12 packs for the bear...no need for the tranqu darts..

Question...How many beers can a bear drink??....I'd like to know.... :lol:

I bet thats the same bloody bear that broke into that car the other day.

Delinquent bears man, somethings gotta be done, Zero tolerence on bear crime I say!!!!!!
