I liked the vids, so many many people have walked the path described there, I was lucky and from my early student days walked my own path (early seventies to now) and I'm oftern descbribed as an 'aging hippy' - but they always have to put you in box that satisfies their mindset and validates their own life.

This is my dream for the young people - live your lives, pure and simple - otherwise at the end of the road less travelled, you'll find disappointment and regret, your life will becoming to an end, as you lay dying and your 'life flashes past you' all you will be able to say is:

"Shit! I fucked that up..........."

Awesome post demobe. Great vid. I usually inspire my apprentice cooks and chef's at work. I believe this is the first time I've inspired anyone here to write a positive thread about something I put up. Thank you. wow :flop:
