69 feet across If it's just standard stone then no problem if it's made from iron then a big problem

An asteroid the size of about 30 meters will fly near Earth at a distance of about 88,000 kilometers on Friday, October 12.

The Minor Planet Center of the International Astronomical Union said that the astronomers of Pan-STARRS observatory in Hawaii first observed the celestial body, called 2012 TC4, on October 4th. According to scientists, the size of the asteroid may range from 9 to 28 meters. If so, in this case it is better to refer to the celestial body as a meteorite, rather than an asteroid.

Put another way, no chance of Earth impact.

Amateur astronomers Gianluca Masi and Francesca Nocentini created this brief video of asteroid 2012 TC4 as it approached a near-Earth flyby on October 8th, 2012. The asteroid will come closest on October 12.

A 52-foot-wide space rock named 2012 TC4 will come within 60,000 miles from Earth on its closest approach on October 12, 2012. This imagery taken by The Virtual Telescope Project in Italy captured it at nearly 500,000 miles away on October 10th.

Thanks for that video Will...I'm glad you pointed that Virtual Telescope Project in Italy out to me. Looks interesting I might use that my self. If it can pick out a 52 foot object at 500,000 miles with that quality of image it should be great for UFO hunting and it'a cheap to use. I will post the link to it just in case anybody else out there is interested in using it.
