WASHINGTON (AP) — Five Blackwater Worldwide security guards accused of killing 17 unarmed Iraqi civilians in 2007 have had the case against them dismissed. A federal judge in Washington says the federal prosecutors handling the case bungled it. The ruling can not be appealed.


Nice...stealthy binding ruling. I would like to know about the judge in this case. On the radio they said the cause was "inappropriate evidence". Wow, and here I thought I evidence was just evidence...

If Israel refuses to seek a diplomatic solution with its neighbors does it really deserve to exist? Cultures , Religions and Nations vanish. I believe in political Darwinism just as much as I believe in Natural selection. If the Jewish culture is not compatible with the rest of the world then why keep it artificially alive? It makes no sense. Why don't we scramble to save the Zoroastrian culture??

well i'll tell you whats biased , as soon as you compare israel to the nazis ,
and you say stuff like :


i think it's pretty much shows that you are all ready made up your mind and no matter
how much evidence you will see,even if those proofs will suggest completely the opposite
of where your opinion currently stands , it wont make you consider you opinion .

for example you are protecting the hamas , a fanatic religious organization that is
backed by iran , that don't even agree to talk with israel , organization that lunched
thousands of rockets into Israel before the gaza operation . that trying to commit
terror acts and to kidnap soldiers on usual basis .
organization that uses the Palestinians as meat shields so it can gain the world favor .

before every attack the israeli army warned the Palestinians not to be there ,
what the hamas did ?
used this notifications to pile up civilians at that spot intentionally so they can win
