Is it scary? What's it like? I've been trying for a while and with no success I've found a brainwave generator with an astral projection enhancer preset.

I want to know but my mind is afraid, I can't bring myself to do it, is that good or bad?

Ive dont this on several ocasions,at first i found it scary as i dident know what the hell was happening,but after doing some research and finding out demons were not taking over and that i could control everything buy thought,it was and is the tbe best thing you could ever want to do.

Found what scary?

I too don't hold much credence to it but that doesn't mean it isn't possible I suppose, Some people probably think OBE's are BS but I've had one of those so I know that's false...

Are you dreaming in astral travel?

Give me your view, not the excepted view please, if possible.

iv taken dmt and now when i close my eyes i see the
most vived images and events almost as if im ther, even if im not on the drug even
weeks later, its not like an lsd flash back it is so clear and i can keep waching as long as i like . i will write some of the stuff down i see and see if it has any relevence
maby im just going mad or maby its this astral travel. any one els have the same exp?

i have been meditating regularly for a few years now and recently during a chakra meditation i felt like i was phasing ( mind seperating from the body ) i started panicking at the moment and stopped meditating, but i can tell you that it's the most awesome experience i've had in my life so far! way better than my hallucinogenics experiments (:.

When you phase, it is like your body is as hard of stone while you feel your mind's energy trying to escape the body. I actually felt my minds energy as if it was an entire body in my body.

quite awesome i'd say! try meditation and don't expect too much of it. that is not he point of the meditation. try to seek and maintain balance

everyone does when they are asleep,guaranteed,but most dont remember much,
the trick is to be able to do it at will,not by accident while asleep,the few times ive gone out of my body while i was conscious,/awake,was so frightening i had to come back in str8 away,
an energetic shift at the point of assemblage.
i tried to get off the earth once,but an entity stopped me in the outer atmosphere,it didnt demand i not go through,but suggested that i dont,cos i wouldnt have been able to get back,
i have had entities fuk with me in the astral plane,be careful,dont get tricked into forgetting where you fell asleep,
if only people knew,there is a whole nother universes out there[space within space] practice small steps first,keep calm in your heart and remind uself to not have fear,

If it scares you let it go for a while, it's not good to force your way into this.
And there are many other ways to 'travel' or to investigate perception.

You can use your merkabah or diamond body to travel, by speeding up this light body. Nothing can harm you.
You can project yourself through your third eye to another place or time. Use crystals / magnets in the beginning.
You can 'walk' along your life, just by imagining a line in front of you, a line of light with dots (presenting) years on it and step on that line.
You can meditate, go upwards 'till the earth is a small dot, and 'land' somewhere again.
You can do shamanic traveling

All ways to investigate and learn about perception, it's basically shifting your perception and/or broadening your perception.
