You're as mad as a monkeys wire brush, but I like. I presume your avatar is that of, Jim Carry?
I am not now, nor have I ever been an oil trader, and neither has anyone on my behalf. I have never seen a barrel of oil, owned one, bought one, sold one, and neither has anyone on my behalf.

In Illinois .08 is the legal limit for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Most people don't know that you can still get a DUI even if you're under .08.

If you're swerving or are driving like an idiot, and you blow under .08 - You can still get a DUI.

How and why? Because you are unfit to drive.

Same goes for bud. There is NO LIMIT. If you are not driving correctly and you are under the influence of any amount, you will get a DUI.
