Depends on what method is used to add it up, computers will prioritize the multiplication and division above addition and subtraction...
Copy/paste into your web browser's address bar:

That's actually computing as: (4+4+3) + (3x3) - (7÷7) + 2 = 21
Use literal math to get the real answer, ((((4+4+3+3) x 3) - 7) ÷ 7) + 2 = 7
javascript:alert(((((4+4+3+3) * 3) - 7) / 7) + 2)
This!
