Jetxvii, are you old enough to remember the days when you ordered your cars if you didn't like what the lot had? You still can. Now you're hard pressed to find a dealer that will order one for you. They will do car locators before going that route and, you'll have to pay for that service hiden somewhere in the paperwork. If they find out you want, you have to hope that dealer wants to let it go or trade with the curret lot for something in return. Oh, you will have to start paying on it before it arrives (ordered car) now though. Let's hope it arrives the way you ordered it. For a short time I worked at a dealership and I can tell ya, many a ordered car arrived with the wrong equipment and the poor folks had no recourse because they already were paying on the dam thing.

Well I haven't worked on many (as a mechanic) I sold them for a stint. It sucked. I figured with what they wanted me to do with the clients, I couldn't sleep with myself so I ventured on. I have done a few custom tweaks, paint jobs and restos but that's the extent of my experience. The bulk of the information can also credited to my Uncle who still sells after 20 years. I wouldn't trust him to sell me a car!

Oh jeeze did u catch the plate too FRUGL 08, is this some kinda of joke, with the laugh being on us as the SUVS spin by now doing there 'duty' for the flailing economy! Plus B Fulford was spewing about how the Chinese & Japanese were both sic of the bs from tungsten laced oil pops, then all of sudden boom this and then trade deals with China that will only further the pressure on debt, cap n trade..yada yada. Alternative energy is so close I can almost taste it, as far as the knowledge oh yeah its been there to my personal experience since 94 but actually it must have occurred decades before. The truth is out there but for most people its way to mind blowing to handle, at least thats what ive come to, so I hang out here instead of yahoo/google/faceb etc.. much respect to all here
