Tropical Storms become Hurricanes at 74 mph

Everyone who has studied weather knows that a tropical depression becomes a tropical storm (T.S.) and is named when its internal pressure warrants it, and when sustained winds (its energy) reach 39 mph. Tropical storms become hurricanes or typhoons (if it’s in the Pacific) when sustained winds reach 74 mph. What's not been made public is that there is a 'Masonic Code' or sacred symbolism behind both the numbers 39 and 74. Wouldn't 40 (a nicely rounded-off number) be better than 39 to designate when a tropical depression becomes a tropical storm? Updates on a storm’s strength is given in 5 mph increments, so wouldn't 75 (a nicely rounded-off number and equated with ¾) be better than 74 to designate when a tropical storm becomes a hurricane? Not if you're a Freemason with an understanding of sacred geometry and sacred gematria.

The number 40 is considered sacred to Jews, Christians, Muslims, Hindus, and Pagans (and Masons). The way I see it is if the Freemasons, which everyone knows have money, influence and power. If they fund any project wheather it's is construction, scientific studies or trail, their influence is no daubt going to be incorporated into it. Tropical Storm Alex is bearing down on the Gulf of Mexico. Experts expect it to hit land on Wednesday night, by which time Alex will likely have turned into a hurricane.

There is tremendous concern regarding the effect the storm could have on the oil spill's cleanup efforts. Also, as is always the case when natural disasters hit, there are huge worries about potential damage and loss of life. Below, some helpful links and resources for those who may find themselves in the storm's path.

How to track it
Web searches on "track hurricane alex" and "tropical storm tracker" are both through the roof. The best way to follow Alex is by checking in with the National Hurricane Center. This government-run site updates regularly when the storm is upgraded, downgraded, or changes speed or direction. CNN explains that the storm is currently predicted to hit land near the Mexico-Texas border. That's quite a distance away from the oil spill.

How will Alex affect the spill?
Nobody knows for sure, but BP told reporters that the storm wasn't expected to damage the company's oil capture systems. However, waves from the storm might delay the implementation of a third oil capture system. Nonessential employees have been evacuated.

Emergency preparedness
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention offers a surprisingly robust section on preparing for tropical storms and hurricanes. The site explains what supplies you'll want to have, including a 3-5 day supply of water and food, a first aid kit, prescription medicine, a battery-powered radio and flashlight, etc.

Forming a plan
In the words of the CDC, there are "some basic steps to take to prepare for the storm." First, you'll want to learn about your community's emergency plan, shelters, and evacuation routes. A fire extinguisher is good to have, as are emergency phone numbers and important documents "such as insurance policies, wills, licenses" and more.

Helping those in need
Finally, please be aware of those who may not be in a position to take care of themselves. For example, elderly people, people with disabilities, children, and pets. "Inform local authorities about any special needs," says the CDC.

Hurri.(74) Alex surprisingly reached 100 mph before coming on shore in northern Mexico. It has gone below 74 mph now, and has been downgraded to a tropical storm.
