Trouble Uploading Videos!

Anyone having trouble uploading videos today?

I was able to upload around 4pm est today but have not been able to since, it lets me fill in the form but when I click continue the next page loads saying ERROR and no upload applet ever loads up. I have tried it with Internet Explorer, Firefox, And Google Chrome but all are saying the same thing...

Anyone else having this same problem in the United States?

Is this related to the New Disclose.tv 2.0 Migration ?

Yes the upload limit has been increased from 200 to 400mb apparently, I would bet its connected.

Ok for the third day straight I still cannot upload videos, the forum works fine but for some reason DTV keeps giving me an ERROR.

Here is what I am seeing.

First I fill in the form

Then After Clicking "Continue Uploading" I Get This.

The screen just says ERROR and no upload applet ever loads up...

Any Admins on the video side of the site know why this is happening and how I can fix it?
Im located in the United States. PLEASE HELP!

I have IE, Firefox and Google Chrome and all three are having the same problem.
