Yeah, I heard that Dubai was a ticking time bomb and that if it goes its going to have a seriously negative affect on some of the Central Banks including the Fed and The Bank of England.

Yeah, I have always had a lingering feeling that Dubai is one of the possible "escape routes" for certain people. If it implodes, it is going to throw a lot of plans into the trash can.

interest rates need to be raised.

seems simple...... because it is.

the loony needs to fall as well, under .90/us$ (.85 would be ideal)

accounts receivable's only suck when there is no interest being earned on the debt. if interest rates were 6-10% right now.....nobody would be bitching about the debts being owed to them.
