I found something out earlier today and don't know if its a good or bad idea to be posting it but I'm going to anyway. When the better half came home from work today, she told me they had a meeting with all the security department regarding raised security risk in the last few days. She told me that through most the meeting that they were getting the impression that there must have been some sort of threat or some kind of intelligence that was brought to the attention of the plants. Through this 2 hour meeting, they were told to watch for unusual activity... more unusual that before. Security from the power station, that is in regards to what I had posted, were also at this meeting. The subject of airspace had been brought up. They discussed aircraft and specifically unknowns. They also received a revised security and emergency bulletin which she said stated a more intense observation of aerial threats. Then the admins at the meeting brought forward the reason for the meeting. On the same morning I took the pictures, 2 security guards manning the security gates and 3 mobile guards observed a strange looking aircraft approaching the station from the southeast. It was behaving in the same manner that I had explained. It was within 500 yds of the plant and acting very irregular. At that time the local law enforcement was contacted along with CFB Moose Jaw. At the time the security in charge was in contact with those authorities, the mobile officers witnessed 3 black dual rotor helicopters with U.S. markings travelling in the same direction as the craft and radioed control. That was immediately forwarded to those on the telephone. The admins said that proper procedures were followed and was professionally done.

Well after the meeting the g/f was talking to 1 of the girls that were working the gates that witnessed what happened and happens to be a good friend of hers. The g/f knew what I saw and had seen the pictures I took and both explanations match. After the incident, both stations raised security and put 6 more individuals on per shift at each station. Later on the day the incident happened, a Government of Canada vehicle approached the gates and parked, came in and asked for all security camera recordings for that morning. They then asked if they could dispatch all security personnel to the security office. All personnel were asked if they possessed camera phones or cameras. None of them did because its against policy for personal calls or texts while on duty and no pictures were allowed to be taken on the property without management permission. The tapes had been removed almost immediately after the incident by the plant manager and were in his possession. The Gov. Reps were forwarded to his office. They had been inside the plant property for a few hours before they left. As the Reps entered the security building, the other guard asked them what was going on and what had happened earlier. Now Lowsix... this is kinda ironic because the one gentleman had told her that is was just an aircraft having mechanical problems.

The administration holding the meeting told all attending personnel that the meeting was confidential and was in the best interest's of plant security if not discussed with anyone until the matter is resolved.

Now more questions. What matter is there to be resolved if if was just an airplane having mechanical problems? If it were just that, why the Gov. of Canada getting involved? Whats the deal with U.S. aircraft following something into Canada's airspace? What's there to hide if it were just an airplane? Why security video tapes removed and personnel questioned about camera phones? Why the secrecy at the meeting? Why a meeting at all if it were just an airplane having problems? Why 6 more guards per shift? There wasn't that many working security after 9/11.

My g/f told her friend that I was out fishing on the dam the morning this had happened and I had gotten pictures. I got mad at her for telling her that but didn't know this was all gonna be an issue and didn't tell her not to tell anyone. Actually wanted to know if anyone else saw it or got pics. I'm quite paranoid at this time because the pics I took really don't show a lot but who knows that but me and her and the people that saw them on this site? Can the pics I have get me in trouble? Now I see why this didn't make it on the radio or news. Is there a way of questioning the government without getting in too deep or is questioning anything just plainly in too deep? At this point I'm willing to take the risk just to find out what the hell went on and maybe if someone shows up asking me for my pics, I will get the chance to question them.
