Concentrate on that smokestack looking thing and at around 12 seconds just above the treeline to the left.. you see a small shiny object move a short distance from right to left.

Not this time. It's someone walking carrying large item in each hand. If you look close you will see that the van drives in front of him/her. So it's not hovering at all, it just looks like it is??
