South America seems like the place to be, so many countries there are constantly reporting sightings. Mexico being almost the main hotspot, i mean, those flying snakes(things)are just mindbogglingly. They are also known to release spheres just like the phenomenon seen above, courtesy of timewarp. But the videos that i know where all in daytime, this night phenomenon seems to be related.
