Well, they are Polish and filming through a large window. Maybe it's interior lights and they are confused.

Using the different objects in the foreground (buildings, light posts, etc..) I don't think these could possibly be lanterns. The ball of light at 2:26 is moving far too fast to be a lantern. I would say real deal. Remember these displays if/when they are real, serve no other purpose than to make the observer question their reality and their world view. These are intentional and part of a mass conditioning process.
