I must admitt at first glance I thought GREAT FOOTAGE! Then I thought it does look like a bag of ballons with strong LED's (lights) attached to it?????????????

I hate to be the first skeptic, but they both look like balloons or some fancy floating lanterns.

First one appears to be pitching awkwardly, like a balloon in the wind with lights attached...doesn't look like CGI. The fact that we only see a few seconds makes me think the rest of the footage shows it to be a balloon. Think about it, you see a UFO, have a camcorder ready, then only film for a few seconds? People don't act that way...unless they know it's a hoax.

Second one looks like a balloon/lantern - you can even see the bag.
