Long Description of Sighting Report
My female companion and I were vacationing in Paris and decided to go to the Sacre Coeur cathedral, which is up on a hill and provides a nice panoramic view of Paris. A few minutes before, I had commented that I had not seen any planes flying over Paris while we were there. When I took the shot, I saw nothing unusual in the camera and neither me nor my friend heard any noise. She took a similar photo with a conventional SLR film camera, but zoomed in more to downtown Paris. If you look in the foreground, no one is looking up, as they would have if a plane were flying so low and so nearby. Later, back at our hotel, we were looking through the shots we had taken that day and saw the object in the photo.

You couldn't see planes because the cloud cover was too low, and what your camera picked up (and not your old eyes) is a PIGEON !!!! Stop wasting everybodies time with your useless posts ! Get a life ya old fart ! :look:

I make no claim of validity of the post, I'm merely passing on the info.

Did you notice the QUOTE BOX in the first post? Maybe it is your eyes that are failing you either that or they're not connecting to you brain :headscratch:

hope you haven't shot too many with rings! lol.
Apparently racing pigeons are worth a fair bit (anywhere from £150 to £2000) and I don't think there owners would be impressed....
