so you think using the night shot setting for daytime recording? i cant record anything at night on my Sony Alpha. prob cause im not familiar with settings but it cant focus properly. Dont know anything bout aperture, shutter blah blah blah for night settings. When i put it on night shot at night, its really blurry and keeps changing focus. maybe i should use the tripod.

use manual focus if available. countless potentialy good ufo videos have been rendered totally useless by pumping autofocus. specially in low light conditions. Learn to use your camera and results will be much much better..
