Not to keen on alot of ufo vids from south america becuase as you know there are many fakes out there. As 4 this however i'm still hanging on the edge.Kinda looks like a random rain cloud.

Anyone ?

Some of the best absolute clearest most genuine looking craft footage I have seen in the last five years has been from Chile.
Hard to tell from a couple of blurred stills..could be anything really.But if I wanted to witness bona fide ETs and film them I would go to Chile or Brazil.Tons of sightings there over the last decade.

To be honest I'm not even sure what "alien" means. Alien to what? The universe is teeming with life.
