A seagull...seen by at least hundreds of people across states borders?
A huge, luminous SEAGULL! Flying in full view of a news crew, in front of hundreds, probably thousands of eyewitnesses all across the West US?

If they are really saying that, they should be lined up against a wall and shot for the good of the human gene pool...seagull indeed!
