Ok,

Now im not one to be hunting ufos in newscasts...
bcause they are usually birds and shit..

But um then i came across this..totally by accident while watching the vid on the possibility that she left her Governorship becuase of criminal investigations..

And ill be damned...

and i got not a damn clue what it is.
PLEASE watch in full screen, and let me hear your thoughts..

It starts as a dot, which could be a camera artifact, then smears and morphs to the left with a visible split structure..

This is interesting no matter what..
Ill look for more smples ofthis video to see what it is..

she is filmed with a strong teleobjective - so behind her you dont see the sky but the surface of the lake. Go to the end of the video (aound 8.00min) and you'll see that there are ducks on the water who swim in and out the picture...
