This man has a set of basic false teeth. Ask any dentist. And where you usually see a bottom gum you see a base where the false teeth are bolted to. It looks wierd because the false teeth are moving when he is chewing and rising so you can see the bridge made of white material in this case. Usually they make them pink but i bet this set is a quite cheap one.
