I uploaded my first 2 videos but I cannot get them to play, it just keeps saying "loading" one is AVI and another is mpg. is that normal? lol

That's right. Video encoding for non-flv formats does not work correctly since the server update today. We added a notification about this on the video upload page now.

We are working on it. :look:
