US actively using weather modification

http://presscore.ca/2011/ reports that the US gov has had plans since the mid 70's to modify the weather and to what end this modification could be utilized. And is actively spraying in in violation of a ratified UN treaty. Weather control, particularly hostile weather warfare, was addressed by the “United Nations General Assembly Resolution 31/72, TIAS 9614 Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques” was adopted. It amazes me how some people don't wake up to what's around them. And the sad part is; when they finally wake up it normally results in the re-veiling of their curiosity by more disinfo and lies spread by these defilers... :yell:
