The movie exposes a pedophile network run by Lawrence King (aka Larry King) to serve the wealthy and powerful elite, and the following cover-up.

I wouldnt necessarily call it "banned" since it is on pretty much every single free documentary vid site on the web. But yeah they did stop it from airing on tv. Good info, all should watch. (Its old and crappy quality though)
