Yeah they have been to mars and it's called the montuak project , look it up.

also did anyone think that retiring the space shuttle is a good thing and can be a way to release new technology far more advanced in space travel and say weve been building it for years?

why bother to release shit when in 3 years half the earth will be engulfed in water... they know it , so why bother ...the only thing they care about is getting as much GOLD and riches they can before then and getting to higher ground , why do you think the CIA has moved to DENVER, (google it , CIA moves to denver) thats it.
