Try restarting your computer, run essentials again.

The first time I tried was a regular scheduled scan it found it, then it wouldn't let me delete it, the next time it got it and removed it.

if anyone wants to see if your computer is exploited while online, go to command prompt and you can see all the address's connected to your computer. if you have a unique computer name you can identify your IP address by your computer name, and the service that you are receiving.

go to command prompt.

type: netstat

press "enter"

then look to see if there is anyone besides you and your provider hooked up to your computer. if so, check to make sure it isn't a proxy or something that you are plugged into.

otherwise you may need a real anti-virus program. if something is still on there, it would be remotely accessing your computer I assume, to send information back.

another option is to close one administration account and start a new one, that could block access to that account as you don't use it, but then again if this is BIOS based, it wouldn't matter.

then there is always the total clean out, and netstat to see if it is safe.

I did once nearly get a virus from the ad banner too but that was awhile ago. AVG alerted it to me the first time. How do these malware adds get into disclose.tv in the first place?
