VIRUS INFECTION IMPORTANT!!!

Hi everyone. I will get straight to the point. The virus we were all exposed to is just as nasty and fucking pernicious as Chronicnerd said it was. I found the exact trojans he described and removed them with microsoft essentials and kaspersky. And just as he predicted they fucking cloned themselves and INFECTED MY ENTIRE COMPUTER
I was running Trend Micro Titanium and Iobit and this fucking virus took over my anti virus and wiped out my entire fucking computer. It would not let me update Kaspersky or any other virus tool. When I found it in my Trend MIcro I tried to erase it and it fucking erased my entire desktop in 2 minutes. I mean it literally erased everything. My browsers,my music,games,every fucking thing.
I think most of us here were infected. My computer was acting fine for a few days after I erased the original trojans.My theory is that it was silently mining my data. This computer is a cheap laptop with no connection, wireless or otherwise to my personal data.It is just for surfing. So there was very little data for it to collect. Once it was done I guess, last night, it started making weird ass noises while it was sleep mode. The next morning it FUCKED my entire hard drive. I had to reboot to "out of box state" and I am not sure It is gone even now. It started by infecting my bookmark toolbar and went from there to my quick launch bar. Then it infected my java and firefox.Then it ate my whole computer. Like no other virus I have ever seen. I am prolly still infected. I came back to tell you all YOU BETTER CHECK YOUR SHIT!!! eVEN IF YOU THINK YOU ARE NOT INFECTED.
I am not trying to scare anyone. I LOVE this site and I will not let this keep me away permanantly, but I will not come back here with my own isp address because it is too dangerous until this security issue gets handled.
This is no fucking joke. I wouldn't lie to you guys. No bullshit. SERIOUS FUCKING INFECTION. TALK TO CHRONICNERD CAUSE THIS FUCKING THING DID EXACTLY WHAT HE PREDICTED. FUCKING EXACTLY

Sorry for all the profanity folks but I have been up all night trying to rescue my shit. I know you will think I got this virus elsewhere but NO. It is the exact thing Chronicnerd said. A NAST SELF REPLICATING VIRUS THAT INFECTS EVERY PART OF YOUR COMPUTER AND ERASES IT ALL AFTER MINING YOUR DATA.

Thats it for me for a while folks. All bullshit aside I like most of you..even the Vulcan lol. I look forward to coming back without proxies someday but not till this is dealt with.

Thats why anything i want to keep i backup to my memory stick.

Then if my computer goes tits up for any reason then i will just wipe and reinstall windows in 40 minutes.

At the end of the day if an arsehole out there wants to waste 40 minutes of my life and think that is something big then let them get on and believe it.

Its not a big deal to me.
Its good to wipe and reload sometimes anyway since the hard drive gets cluttered to buggery and slow over time anyway.

People out there spending all their time to infect my computer that i can fix in 40 minutes.
Big deal. I feel sorry for them. They fail as far as im concerned.

I gotta go. Those of you reading this thread please BUMP it for others to see! Even if you think I am full of it PLEASE bump this for the sake of others. Ask Chrinicnerd how to deal with this. I hate to say it and I hope I am wrong but I would bet most of your computers are fucked and transmitting your personal data to God knows where. Then meltdown. Please believe this is no hoax or mistake. Talk to ChronicNerd cause he predicted this things behavoir on the dot. Hope you guys take this seriously. Good Luck.

It locked up the entire site last week. The virus was embedded in the ads that started to play before you got yourself logged in, from what I understand.

The ad is still jumping over my log in process.

Just did it a few minutes ago, I backed out and came back to log in from the log in page instead of from the forum to home then log in. The second time it worked fine.

The problem with that ad playing isn't new though, at least for me, has been happening for a while..........

I think the virus infected the company that supplied the ads. If you noticed, the ads have been gone and you can now view the forum without signing in.

So they took care of the problem, but it may have been to late for some. No guarantees it will never happen again I guess.

Seems like ChronicNerd is the one to shed more light on all this. He started a thread on this virus a few days ago.
