It is true, We are one. I have again lost my path these past few weeks. Throwing nastiness towards people I should be trying to coax into the meditation circle.

People have to be given hope & I have found meditation helpful. We have to send out our hearts love into the planet; I use kundiliani meditation. (Indegio thoughts) For it is Earth that is our true mother, this planet needs our help through the change.
