There is more than enough evidence to support the powers wanting a central government so I won’t debate that point. What I see as the bigger problem is the way of its implementation. As I see it (IMHO) the powers are squeezing us from every direction in order to see which area of influence makes us pop. Once they know the general direction of our snapping point, efforts will be made to bring us to the boiling point and revolt. This is what they want. This will allow them to implement any Fema camps, police state and military dictatorship.
The cancellation of cell phone use on the BART Subway San Francisco is a start to what we all know they can do to limit our freedom of speech/gathering. Most main page message boards (Yahoo, MSN etc) have already started to limit responses to subjects having to do with governmental activities. The voting doesn’t work, you can’t post a message or there’s always that ‘System error’ message flashing to inform us the machine is not working properly. These things will continue and I believe to a greater extent as time goes on.
The real question we might consider is this; how do we implement change legally and without falling into their trap?
We’ve all seen the ‘Deer in the Headlights’ look we get when trying to inform others. How do we get around that? How would we come together as a people to protest these actions without being labeled a terrorist, cult member or radical and still get our message across? Is there an option to ‘Leave the club’ without further repercussions? (most people won't go through the laborious Strawman methods and rightly so, Why should we have to in the first place?)
I’d like to find anywhere on the planet where those who simply wanted out could go and enjoy their lives without being part of the Matrix.
In the end I believe the simple answer is no. The best we can do is to arm ourselves and make sure we disallow as much interference as we can on an individual basis. Pull those informed aside and let them know they are not alone in this matter. As the old saying goes; Live in peace but be prepared for war
Take all the precautions you can until you feel content in knowing that if the shit hits the fan you will be able to take care of your own.
Can we change this without people dying? Should it matter if the outcome justifies the means? Is it good to sacrifice a few for the good of the many? Do you really have what it takes to bare those arms in defense of this nations (or yours) founding principles? Can we do this legally and according to the laws of the land without needless suffering? Is there any place left on Earth that can be truly bought and paid for without taxes being applied? (Which means you don’t own it right?) Everyone seems tired of the two party choices they have to pick from (I know there’s more) yet there doesn’t seem to be any other option to starting a Peoples Party (or such) and still be included in the primaries. Oh sure a few minor folks have done so locally but never beyond.
I don’t see anyone stopping the progression of the NOW but I know of lots waiting for the time to defend themselves against it. It won’t be pretty but it will be necessary.

A lot of you guys are just as arrogant as those you rail so hard against. You think you are so far above everyone else and only you know the truth or the only ones intelligent enough to figure it out. And watch out to anyone that questions your thinking, because then they are just "sheeple".

Say what? All I heard you say is "bah bah bah". I see some damn good q&a's on here. And you are bound to find a few trolls on any forum. But from what I've seen, this is far from drinking the cool-aid of major biased news networks. And I haven't seen one person on here say that this is the fountain of knowledge and anyone not drinking from it is a sheep. Contrary to what you appear to be saying most seem to infer that you can take away from it what you wish. To give you the benefit of the doubt I am new here. So I may not have run into this group of ppl. But arrogance and ignorance go hand in hand, we all tend to be a bit of both at some point.
To err is human but to ignore is divine. There are some crazy rants I'll give you that.
