Weird Clouds over Mexico city before 5.9 EQ today
Just like an hour before the 5.9 Earthquake in Oaxaca and Mexico city I spot this very odd clouds over the city I took pictures to show you because they look weird... funny thing it was just before the EQ

but I do agree a minimal of 25 years is a good outlook.

Maybe the attention HAARP is receiving, pertaining to the responsibility for these happening, is intentional. I saw that Jesse Ventura thing about this HAARP and it seemed a little odd that it was made for the mass cable tv veiwers. Then it was funny what happened after. People who knew nothing of these things started talking about it. It seemed strange and somewhat intentional. Oh god! I don't deny that they don't have the capability to jack around with the weather and I don't profess to know anything, but it's like a Harold Hudinis episode. Misdirection possibly :think:

So who knows! If we can make sound beam technology and the different things we can do who's to say they can't hide behind clouds and take advantage of the fact that some natural clouds do take wierd formations and use that to their advantage. You never know. Nothing is black or white, all or nothing. Just because some natural clouds can naturally take wierd formations does not mean every wierd looking cloud is JUST a cloud. Cool videos. :flop:
