I have to tell you that I am pretty intrigued and even a little bit scared about those noises that many people are reporting across the globe. But I found this article that I believe is probably the most plausible explanation to the phenomenon as it could be due to HAARP Weapon made by the United States military.

It is widely known as a research tool but many people argue that HAARP is a weapon.

What do you think it is ?

Read the other threads on this issue. Most of the "noise" videos are proven hoaxes. The few that remain don't correspond to the HAARP activation schedule. And the schedule is verifiable.

Yup.
Humming incidents- could very well be HAARP, these are real events, and haarp was running during most of them.

Problem is with Haarp is its not just the Americans that have it.
China and Russia also have this instrument/weapon.
So it may not be the American Haarp that we are listening to.
